Requirements to clothes

For employment by gymnastics it is recommended to have special clothes: free cotton shorts, a free T-short or a T-shirt, soft or slippers. Duration of employment in the first 2 weeks should be no more than 10-15 minutes. If you went in for sports earlier or physical culture, it is possible to be engaged twice — 20 minutes, and at good state of health — till 25—30 minutes.

Complex of exercises on 2-3rd month of pregnancy

1. A starting position — standing, feet together, hands along a trunk. Quiet walking on all foot within 1—2 minutes. Breath uniform (fig. 1).
2. The starting position — standing, a trunk is inclined forward, hands are downy downwards. Free the weakened hands forward and back 4—8 times. Breath uniform.
3. A starting position — standing, feet on width of shoulders, hands on a belt. To dissolve hands in the parties — a breath, to the right foot, having lowered hands downwards, — an exhalation; to return to a starting position. The same to do in other party. To repeat on 4 times in each party. Rate slow.
4. A starting position — standing, feet on width of shoulders, hands on a belt. Deep knee-bend of 2-8 times, keeping hands for a chair back. Breath uniform.
5. A starting position — laying on a back, hands along a trunk. Serially to bend and unbend feet, as at driving on a bicycle, 0,5—1 minute. Rate average. Breath uniform (fig. 2).
6. A starting position — laying on a back. To pass in position sitting by means of hands. Rate slow. Breath uniform. To repeat 2—6 times.
7. The starting position — sitting on a floor, brushes of hands to lean behind about a floor, feet are straightened. To bend a head back, to bend a thorax forward — a breath. To hang a head forward, to bend a few case forward — an exhalation. Rate slow. To repeat 4—6 times.
8. The starting position — sitting on a floor, brushes of hands to lean about a floor behind at level of buttocks, heels are pressed to each other. Not tearing off heels from each other and from a floor to bend feet in knee and joints, trying to dissolve knees more widely and to involve . To unbend feet, not tearing off heels from each other and from a floor — thus to weaken Rate slow. Breath uniform. To repeat 4—8 times.
9. A starting position — being on all fours. Not tearing off hands from a floor to sit down to the right on a floor, then on the left. Rate average. Breath uniform. Muscles of a belly cavity

Physical exercises strengthen muscles of a belly wall, a bottom, eliminate developments of stagnation in a small basin and feet, promote a correct arrangement of a fruit in a uterus cavity, to a normal current of sorts and the postnatal period. Physically trained women are able to operate the breath at fights and attempts that allows faster and to sate an organism with oxygen more full.

Complex of exercises on 4-6th month of pregnancy

1. A starting position — standing, feet on width of shoulders, brushes of hands — to shoulders. To lift elbows upwards — a breath, to lower downwards — an exhalation. To repeat 2—6 times.
2. A starting position — standing, feet separately, hands on hips. Serial bending and straightening of feet with carrying over of weight of a body on the bent foot. Rate average. Breath uniform. To repeat 4—6 times.
3. A starting position — standing, hands along a body. Squatting to plant knees in the parties, to weaken muscles of buttocks. Rising to strain muscles of buttocks and to involve back pass. Knee-bend can be carried out with a support hands about a chair back. Rate slow. Breath uniform. To repeat 2—8 times
4. A starting position — sitting on a floor, feet are straightened, hands before a breast. Trunk turn to the right, extending the right hand — a breath; to return to a starting position — an exhalation. The same to do in other party. Rate slow. To repeat 4 8 times.
5. A starting position — sitting on a floor, feet are straightened. To incline the case to the right, to lean brushes of both hands on the right about a basin. Crossing hands on a floor on the left to incline the case to the left, leaning hands at the left about a basin. The same to do in other party. Rate average. Breath uniform. To repeat 4—6 times.
6. The starting position — sitting on a floor, hands to lean about a floor behind a basin. Cultivation and the data of the straightened feet, not lifting them from a floor. Rate average. Breath uniform. To repeat 4—6 times.
