Pearl-barley dairy soup
Milk — 400 , water — 100 , groats pearl-barley — 40 , oil creamy — 5 , sugar — no more than 1 table spoon.
The washed out pearl barley to fill in with boiling water (from calculation of 3 parts of water on 1 part of groats) to cover ware and to cook 40—45 minutes. The prepared pearl barley to connect to hot milk, to add a few salt, sugar and to cook at weak boiling of 20-30 minutes. In a ready dish to add oil.
