Diet

A food during pregnancy should be optimum, instead of superfluous, not so much plentiful, how many high-grade. The food should be necessarily tasty, appetizing, nutritious, contain necessary quantity of fibers, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals (macro-and microcells).
In first half of pregnancy the special diet is not necessary.

The maintenance of fibers in such diet makes 90—100 , fats 55—65 , carbohydrates — 290—320 the Diet for women of average growth (length of 155-169 sm) with weight of a body 55—65 kg should contain 2500—2700 kcal and consist from ON the squirrel, 75 fats and 350 carbohydrates. For pregnant women with higher growth (length of a body 170 175 sm) caloric content of a diet should make 2700—2900 kcal and consist from 120—125 fibers, 75—85 fats and 360 400 carbohydrates.

Caloric content of a day diet is distributed so that in second half of day food loading was less:
Breakfast — 30 %.
The second breakfast — 10—15 %.
Dinner - 40 %.
Mid-morning snack — 5-10 %.
Supper - 10 %.

Dishes from meat and fish are more preferable for using in 1st half of day, dairy products — in the evening. Last food intake should be for 2—3 hours prior to a dream.
