Fish cutlets
Fish fillet — 250 , bread wheaten — 50 , egg — 1 piece, oil vegetative — 2 table spoons, a flour wheaten (or breadcrumbs) — 1 table spoon.
Bread to soak in boiled water, to wring out and mix with passed through a meat grinder of a fillet of fish, to add egg, it is a little salt, all carefully to mix. To generate cutlets, to roll in them in a flour (or breadcrumbs) and to fry on vegetable oil to readiness.
